This position will report into the Head of Programming and Partnerships with a focus on organizational logistics along with supporting efficient activation of partnerships, events and programming for Samsung Brand Experience. S/he will work with the team on an always on programming and activations calendar with a focus on supporting key operational and strategic functions. S/he will have visibility and extend support to larger Brand Experience organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage financial process, including submission of PP s, development of PO s/EO s, and required reporting and forecasting of the Brand Experience Budget including: 837, SESL and experiential tours (i.e. Samsung Experience Tour), Brand Experience Partnerships, and Talent Partnerships.
Serve as internal point person for
o FOC: Submission of FOC orders, tracking of shipments, overall inventory management for gifting devices, returnable samples and LDUs and HQ reporting
o Routing contracts and SOW s through Samsung Legal to obtain necessary signatures
o Submission of PUMIs
o BQMS management in partnership with Procurement, invoicing and vendor management
Assist in all operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Manage Brand Experience Event Calendars and Partnership Tracking
Help facilitate team meetings and manage attendees list, agencies and internal stakeholders.
Work with team to track key KPIs and ROI to achieve business unit goals.
Help maintain an organized and streamlined approach to event and partner planning
Develop a process to communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual recaps and reporting to core team to quality check programming, partnership, and events
Management of event, partnership and inquiries alias emails
Bachelor s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
Team player who is ready and willing to jump in to take on executional tasks that will make operations run smoothly for the team
Experience in an integrated role leading smooth and successful communication and execution with key stakeholders.
Solid understanding of time management and tracking of budget
A high level of attention-to-detail, and impeccable taste as it relates to execution and brand positioning
Experience with ever evolving and changing projects, with proven flexibility in pivoting quickly if needed
Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships in a multi-layered organization to foster collaboration and effective engagement
An acute eye for current trends and pop culture and a hunger to learn
